The site does not run analytics, does not use tracking cookies, does not run ads, and does not sell your data. Email goes through Kit. Payments go through Stripe. Constellation Stocks is a brand operated by Zeus Quanto Corp, a New Jersey C-Corporation based in the United States. References to "we," "us," or "Constellation Stocks" in this policy refer to Zeus Quanto Corp.
When you submit the form to receive the case study or join the email list, you provide your first name and email address. Both are stored in Kit, the email service provider used to send and manage emails.
When you buy the Constellation Method, you provide payment information directly to Stripe, the payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment method details (such as card number). Constellation Stocks never sees or stores your full payment details. We see only the order confirmation, your email address, and the country listed on the transaction.
If you email Constellation Stocks directly, your message and email address are retained for the purpose of responding and for ordinary business records.
The site does not currently use Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Hotjar, or any other analytics or session-replay service. The site does not set tracking cookies. The site does not run advertising. The site does not attempt to fingerprint visitors. Standard server logs maintained by the hosting platform may exist as part of normal infrastructure operation; those logs are not used for marketing or profiling.
Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Your data is not shared with anyone outside the service providers listed below, except where required by law.

Constellation Stocks does not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Service providers (Kit, Stripe, Unicorn Platform) may set functional cookies necessary for their services to operate, such as a session cookie during the Stripe checkout flow. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those providers.
Email subscriber data is retained as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is retained in Kit's suppression list to ensure no further emails are sent to you, then deleted on request. Payment records are retained as required by US tax law (typically seven years).
