The short version. Constellation Stocks collects only the information necessary to send you what you asked for, to process payments you make, and to understand how visitors use the site. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. The site does not run ads, does not sell your data, and does not use your information for any commercial purpose beyond operating the project. Email goes through Kit. Payments go through Stripe. The site is hosted on Ghost. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Who runs this site

Constellation Stocks is a brand operated by Zeus Quanto Corp, a New Jersey C-Corporation based in the United States. References to "we," "us," or "Constellation Stocks" in this policy refer to Zeus Quanto Corp.

What data is collected

When you subscribe to the email list. When you submit the form to receive the case study or join the email list, you provide your first name and email address. Both are stored in Kit, the email service provider used to send and manage emails.

When you purchase the Method or the workshop. When you buy either product, you provide payment information directly to Stripe, the payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment method details such as card number. Constellation Stocks never sees or stores your full payment details. We see only the order confirmation, your email address, and the country listed on the transaction.

When you book a consultation. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. When you book a call you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to include in the booking notes. Cal.com stores that information and adds the event to a calendar.

When you contact directly. If you email Constellation Stocks or use the contact form, your message and email address are retained for the purpose of responding and for ordinary business records.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to measure pageviews, sessions, traffic sources, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and on-page behavior such as scroll depth and clicks on key buttons. The data is sent to Google's servers in the United States, where it is processed and aggregated.

Google Analytics is used solely to understand how visitors find and use the site. The data is not used for advertising. No personal information you submit through forms is sent to Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized before storage where applicable.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by enabling Do Not Track or similar privacy features in your browser, or by blocking the analytics script through a content blocker.

Standard server logs. Standard server logs maintained by the hosting platform may exist as part of normal infrastructure operation. Those logs are not used for marketing or profiling.

How your data is used

  • To deliver what you requested: sending the case study, sending email content you subscribed to, fulfilling your purchase, scheduling a call you booked.
  • To process payments and provide receipts: handled by Stripe under their terms.
  • To respond to messages you send: if you email or use the contact form.
  • To comply with legal obligations: tax records, payment records, and other obligations imposed by US law.

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Your data is not shared with anyone outside the service providers listed below, except where required by law.

Service providers

Constellation Stocks uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.

  • Ghost (website hosting): hosts the site. Privacy policy at ghost.org/privacy.
  • Kit (email service provider): stores email subscriber data and sends emails. Privacy policy at kit.com/privacy.
  • Stripe (payment processor): handles all payment data. Privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Cal.com (scheduling): handles consultation bookings. Privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
  • Google LLC (analytics, via Google Analytics 4): processes pageview and behavior data as described above. Privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

Constellation Stocks does not set cookies for advertising or marketing purposes. The site uses cookies in the following limited ways:

  • Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> to measure unique visitors, sessions, and pageviews. These cookies expire after two years.
  • Functional cookies. Ghost, Kit, Stripe, and Cal.com may set functional cookies necessary for their services to operate, such as a session cookie during the Stripe checkout flow. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those providers.

You can clear or block these cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

Data retention

Email subscriber data is retained as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is retained in Kit's suppression list to ensure no further emails are sent to you, then deleted on request. Payment records are retained as required by US tax law, typically seven years.

Your rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Request access to the personal data held about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to retention obligations imposed by law.
  • Object to specific uses of your data.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Constellation Stocks does not sell personal information. To exercise CCPA rights, use the contact email above.

International visitors

Constellation Stocks is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.

Children

The site is intended for adults. No content is directed at children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact the email above and it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The last updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the email list.
