If the Constellation Method is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. No need to justify the request.
This policy covers the Constellation Method, the paid educational product sold through this site for a one-time fee. It does not cover free content (the email list, the case study PDF, public articles), since those have no purchase to refund.
The 14-day window begins on the date your purchase is processed by Stripe. The processing date is shown on the Stripe receipt you received by email at the time of purchase. To qualify for a refund, your refund request must be received within 14 calendar days of that date.
Send an email to info@constellationstocks.com with the subject line "Refund request". Include the email address you used at checkout. That's all that's needed.
You don't need to explain your reason. You don't need to fill out a form. You don't need to wait for a follow-up question. Once the request arrives within the 14-day window, the refund is processed.
Refunds are issued through Stripe, the same processor that handled the original purchase. Once the request is received, the refund is initiated within 2 business days. After Stripe initiates the refund, your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds back to your account within 5 to 10 business days, though some institutions are faster.
The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card or account.

Refund requests received after the 14-day window has passed are not eligible under this policy. In genuinely exceptional cases (a serious technical failure that prevented access, a billing error, a duplicate charge), email info@constellationstocks.com and the situation will be reviewed in good faith. Outside those exceptional cases, refunds are not issued after day 14.
If you have any concern about a purchase, please email first. Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting Zeus Quanto Corp creates an unnecessary process for both sides. Refund requests are honored within the 14-day window without friction; there is no benefit to escalating to a chargeback in that period.
This policy applies once per buyer. If you previously purchased and refunded the Method, subsequent purchases are not eligible for additional refunds under the no-questions-asked window.
The Method is an educational product. The 14-day window is long enough to genuinely evaluate whether the methodology fits your situation, and short enough to discourage anyone treating the policy as a way to access the content for free. Honest buyers who decide it's not for them get their money back without friction. Honest buyers who keep the Method get exactly what they paid for. The policy is designed to be fair to both sides.
